Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

1. Due to the perishable nature of the Supplier’s products, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be provided once the order has been delivered or picked up.

2. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the agreed order date may be rescheduled or refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

3. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the order date are non-refundable.

4. The decision to offer credit for a future order is at the sole discretion of the Supplier.

5. The Supplier is not obligated to provide refunds for dissatisfaction related to portion sizes, dietary expectations, or any other subjective preferences if the order was fulfilled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
