Shipping Policy

1. Free Delivery: The Supplier offers free delivery for orders within a 5 km radius of Sydney CBD.

2. Delivery Charges: For locations beyond the 5 km radius, a delivery fee will apply, as outlined in the Supplier’s quote or as agreed during the ordering process.

3. Delivery Times: The Supplier will endeavor to deliver orders at the agreed time. However, delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances will not render the Supplier liable for any loss or inconvenience.

4. Delivery Requirements: The Customer must ensure the delivery address is accessible and provide clear instructions for entry. If the Supplier is unable to access the location, additional charges for re-delivery may apply.

5. Acceptance of Delivery: The Customer (or their representative) must be present to accept the order at the delivery time. If no one is available to receive the order, the Supplier may leave the order in a safe location at the Customer’s risk or arrange for re-delivery at an additional cost.
