Interpretation

In this document, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

“Customer” refers to any person or company who purchases goods and/or services from the Supplier.

“Supplier” refers to Grand Grazing.

“Terms and Conditions” means the terms outlined in this document and/or as specified in any Supplier quotation or invoice, where applicable.

Acceptance of Terms

1. By placing an order with the Supplier, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which supersede all other communications or documentation.

2. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be confirmed in writing by the Supplier.

Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

1. The Customer must pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% upon acceptance of the quote. The balance is due seven (7) days before the agreed delivery date.

2. The Supplier reserves the right to modify prices or run promotions without prior notice. Once a service is ordered, the agreed price is final and will not be adjusted due to later promotions.

3. Failure to complete payment in accordance with the agreed terms may result in cancellation of the order.

Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

1. Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.

2. Notify the Supplier of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of order.

3. Ensure all equipment provided by the Supplier is cleaned and returned within the agreed timeframe (see Equipment Return).

Supplier Obligations

The Supplier will:

1. Execute the services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.

2. Make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery and presentation expectations, subject to unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

1. The Supplier shall not be liable for:

Any loss or damage arising from negligence, delay, or unforeseen circumstances.

Indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or income.

2. The Supplier’s total liability is capped at the value of the Customer’s order.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

1. The Customer must disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

2. While the Supplier will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, the kitchen environment may contain traces of allergens.

3. The Supplier accepts no liability for allergic reactions arising from non-disclosure or cross-contamination.

Food Safety

1. Food must be consumed within three (3) hours of delivery or pickup to ensure safety.

2. The Customer must provide a suitable table or surface for the grazing setup that is:

Located in a cool, shaded area,

Positioned well away from fires, radiators, or other heat sources, and

Not exposed to direct sunlight.

3. The Supplier will not be liable for any illness, injury, or damage caused by improper food storage, failure to adhere to safety instructions, or consumption of food beyond the specified timeframe.

Cancellations and Refunds

1. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the order date may be eligible for a refund (excluding the deposit).

2. Cancellations within seven (7) days of the order date are non-refundable.

3. Credit or rescheduling options are offered at the sole discretion of the Supplier.

Equipment Return

1. The Customer must return all supplied equipment, cleaned, within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

2. Damage, loss, or late returns may result in additional charges as determined by the Supplier.

Food Quantities and Serving Expectations

1. The Customer acknowledges that the grazing tables and boxes provided by the Supplier are designed as entrée-style servings and are not intended to replace a full main meal for all guests.

2. The Supplier will provide an estimate of the number of guests the grazing tables or boxes are designed to serve based on standard portion sizes. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that adequate food arrangements are made for their event if additional or larger servings are required.

3. The Supplier accepts no liability for dissatisfaction regarding portion sizes or insufficient food if the Customer has not made specific arrangements to supplement the grazing table or box with additional catering.

Parking and Delivery Requirements

1. The Customer must ensure that the delivery location provides:

Free and accessible parking for a minimum of five (5) hours to allow the Supplier to deliver and set up the grazing table or boxes.

Clear instructions and access for delivery staff, including loading dock access if the location is a commercial premise.

2. If suitable parking is not provided, the Customer agrees to bear any associated costs, including but not limited to parking fees, fines, or additional time charges incurred by the Supplier.

3. The Supplier will not be held liable for delays caused by insufficient parking or access at the delivery location.

Intellectual Property

1. All content, designs, and trademarks associated with the Supplier are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. The Customer may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Supplier’s materials without prior written consent.

Force Majeure

The Supplier shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or equipment failure.
