All tables come with serving boats, and napkins, although disposable cutlery can be added on if needed. All tables also come with fresh foliage throughout, although floral arrangements can be added on to elevate the whole look of the table.

Tiered tables come with proper serving dishes and boards, cheese and butter knives, spoons for dips and serving tongs. They also include fresh foliage as well as dry palm leaves in vases. All equipment must be washed and placed in the provided tub for pick-up at a pre-arranged time.

Flat lay grazing tables are set up directly onto parchment paper and are easily cleaned by rolling up parchment paper and discarding.

Flat Lay vs. Tiered Tables

• Flat Lay: A beautifully arranged grazing table laid completely flat on any surface, such as a table or bench directly onto food safe parchment paper. Includes: disposable cutlery, napkins, bamboo tongs and bamboo boats. Clean up is easy, simply roll up the parchment paper and discard.

• Tiered Styling: Features proper boards, serving dishes, bowls, cheese knives, spoons, serving tongs and bamboo boats. This style is tiered which creates height and dimension for a more dynamic presentation. This option also includes full clean up at the end of the event.

No, if you require a table, they can be hired from $35 each and include a table cloth - Let us know in the comments box at check out if you require a table with your order. 

Flat lay table: We will arrive 1 hour before to set up

Tiered table: We will arrive 1-2 hours before the event to set up and return at the end of the event to do a full clean up and take back our equipment 

Cheeses can be safely consumed for up to four hours at room temperature, while charcuterie meats can last about two hours according to the NSW Health guidelines. If the table is in a warmer room, in direct sunlight, or outside in warmer temperatures, we recommend leaving everything out for less time.

Please note that we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or natural disasters. We also cannot guarantee food quality in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat or insects. To maintain freshness, we strongly recommend setting up tables in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight. Additionally, having an indoor or covered backup plan is highly advised.

Our grazing tables are designed as entrée-sized portions, perfect for snacking throughout your event. If you need a main meal serving, we recommend sizing up or enhancing your table with our delicious add-ons for a more substantial spread.

We offer free delivery on all tables within 10kms of Sydney CBD. Delivery fee may be charged outside of this area will depending on the distance. This will automatically be calculated for you at check out

Yes we cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know in the comments box when checking out.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund up to 1 month before your event. After this period, cancellations may not be refundable due to the preparation involved in creating your grazing tables. If you'd like to change the date, please contact us as soon as possible, as availability is not guaranteed

All you need is a table or bench space out of direct sunlight. If it is a hot day we recommend having the table inside to keep cool
